Once you’ve completed our eligibility assessment, you’ll be able to book a consultation with us. We strive to begin your journey towards wellness as swiftly as possible.

Yes, our telehealth services are available across Australia.

While we tailor our approach to each individual, our care supports a wide range of conditions. To learn more about specific areas where we may be able to assist, we encourage you to speak with one of our professionals.

We harness the power of modern technology to bring our expertise directly to you. Our consultations are conducted via secure telehealth platforms, allowing you to receive personalised care from the comfort of your own home.

Our process begins with a brief online assessment. If eligible, you’ll schedule a video consultation with one of our healthcare professionals to discuss your health concerns and potential care options.

Most consultations last between 15-30 minutes, depending on the complexity of your health situation and questions.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through our patient portal or by contacting our support team. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes.
